Although the NASA ADS is doing a pretty awesome at finding papers for you, there are still things you can't easily find online, like SPIE publications (unless you work for a very rich institution), conference posters which sometimes take more preparation time than talks do, presentation slides and the stuff that you forget/choose not to post on astro-ph. Here you'll find that kind of stuff.
