(Upper left) Looking up from the lower angle through the shutter component. The electronics component with several boards installed at the front is 'Mfront' system to operate CCD's. The vacuum valve with a yellow knob on the right hand is the valve for the dewar's vacuum. When turning off or detaching the external pump, we must close this valve to seal the vacuum of the dewar.
(Lower left) The valve flange and the guage component. The guage component is seen in the middle of the picture. On the upper left of the picture, we see the flange covered by a cap with a red clamp. This is the valve flange, to which the tube from the pump should be connected when pumping.
(Right) The tubing from the external vacuum pump. The vacuum valve appears again slightly behind the Suprime-Cam's frame.
Attached behind the control box for the filter exchanger.
