Subaru Telescope New Development Group
--------------------------------------------------------- Dear Subaru members, We would like to have an internal informal meeting on future instrument projects at Subaru Telescope. It is important to make a good plan for development and renewal of Subaru instruments in the next decade that connects to the TMT era. Subaru community should start designing effective strategy on instrumentation. Currently several projects are planed by groups inside and/or outside of Subaru with varied budgetary statuses. However, these information are not shared with the observatory members. So, we'd like to have an internal meeting in order to share the current status of each proposed project that will make a major impact on our observatory. All Subaru members are welcome.
