* Is there any plan for data analysis and archiving? data access / release for partners / general community is a key issue, and these should be discussed among steering committee. * How about the contribution on data analysis from Japan, especially NAOJ? For HSC we are currently starting to organize the group for data reduction. * Data reduction: there are discussion in PFS collaboration. Data distribution: there is a lesson from SDSS: open access for the data was important for its success. * Fiber connector: the system used in APOGEE (SDSS III) is very simple and robust, and it would be useful for PFS. * It is required to clarify the goal of CoDR --> it should be documented. * Feb. or March for CoDR would be too early. Items for CoDR should be first clarified. * Currently there is no agreement on the CoDR between the collaborators; it is just a proposal and it will be discussed. * Involvement of (Japanese) post-docs in development would be important.
