We propose for 4 nights on Subaru/IRD to obtain high-precision RV observations needed to confirm three transiting giant planet systems around M dwarf stars. The candidates that we will observe have photometric time-series observations from TESS and high-spatial resolution ground-based facilities that confirm that the photometric transits are consistent with being due to transiting giant planets, and have been vetted using spectroscopy from smaller ground-based facilities that rule out stellar mass companions. The proposed observations will allow us to confirm these as planets, measure their masses, and characterize the host stars. Only four transiting giant planets are known around M dwarf stars, so if any of our targets are confirmed, they would represent a valuable addition to this small sample of planets, which are of great interest for understanding how the properties of planets depends on the host star mass, and which are especially promising targets for atmospheric characterization due to their very deep transits.
