Proceedings Manuscripts
Our proceedings papers will be published in the American Institutes of Physics (AIP). If you made a contribution (talk or poster), you are kindly requested to write and submit your manuscript by the deadline (30th April 2009).

Review talks (35+5min) : 8 pages
Invited presentations (20+5min): 6 pages
Oral presentations (12+5min): 4 pages
Poster presentations : 2 pages
*** How to download the macros, etc:
You can download instructions, templates, and macros at the page of AIP
Authors should download the macros as zip archive (approx. 200Kb) which includes files of style, author's paper template, and instructions.
*** Q&A (Discussion)
You may want to include some Q&As on your paper in "Questions and Answers"
section that you can create immediately before "References" by referring to the quetionary sheets handed to you during the meeting.

Please name your files with your name such as:

usuda_fig2.eps
And you can upload them in the following way.

mkdir yourname
cd yourname
mput *.tex *.eps
For Mac users, if the prompt does not appear after send a command (e.g., ls), please input "epsv4".

If you have not submitted one at the meeting, you are requested to fax it or post it to Dr. Tomonori Usuda (Fax +1-808-934-5984; Subaru Telescope, 650 North Aohoku Place, Hilo, HI 96720, USA) by the same above deadline.
