your flights. See timetables of direct trains from Narita
airport to Zushi. We plan to arrange conference buses at 15:45
and 17:45 on 10th Dec from JR Zushi station to Shonan Village
Center, and at 6:40 and 09:50 on 16th and 17th Dec from
Shonan Village Center to JR Zushi station.

presentations (oral and posters).If you find your name on the list, you can make a registration. You are requested to make a registration by 31th Oct by filling the form
below and sending it to us through this web page.
To complete your registration, we need your credit card details.
Please fill in the fax form (MS-Word, PDF) and send it to the Shonan Village Center (fax number is provided on the form). We will not actually withdraw money from your account before the meeting unless any cancellation fee appears to you. In case of such late cancellation, you will be charged the amount calculated under our cancellation policy.

Those who stay other hotels in downtowns on their own can also have meals at the Shonan-Village Center. It is convenient to have lunch at the Venue.
Please be prepared that there are very few restaurants within walking distance from the conference venue. There is an in-house Japanese restaurant "Katsura" in the Shonan Village Center.(This is not the one where we normally take meals. Researvation is required at least 3 days in advance for dinner. http://www.shonan-village.co.jp/english/restaurant_index.html ) There is also an Italian restaurant "Bellavista" next to the Shonan Village Center.
・Banquet (14 Dec): 8,000 Yen per person
・Excursion-1 (Kamakura; 13 Dec): 6,500 yen, including lunch in a Japanese restaurant.
・Excursion-2 (Hakone; 16 Dec): 10,500-13,200 yen, depending on the option you take, and including lunch and ropeway.

Please note that these rates may change slightly.　Children's fee (a half price) will be applied up to age of 12 (inclusive) for the banquet and the excursions. Family room is cheaper than the rates above. Contact us for details.
