Electronic submission

This is to explain how you can make electronic submission via our Proposal Management System (PROMS) .

E-mail the necessary LaTeX text file (Application Form) and the PDF file (Scientific Justification) to our address according to the instruction described in Section 3 of Call for Proposal page.

Updating and removing proposals

You may update or remove your proposal from PROMS after electronic submission until the deadline.

• To update your proposal: submit the complete set of revised files (LaTeX file and PDF file) to with the subject line update#propID, where propID is the proposal ID number assigned by PROMS when the proposal was originally submitted.
• To remove your proposal: send an email to with the subject line remove#propID, where propID is the proposal ID number assigned by PROMS.

Note that requests to update or remove proposals must be sent from the same email account from which the original proposal was submitted.
