Registration Information:
Cosmology Near and Far: Science with WFMOS - A Joint
Workshop of Subaru, Gemini, NOAO, JSPS and UK STFC will take
place on the big island of Hawaii in Waikoloa. There
will be no registration fee for Workshop
participants.
Please note that all participants need to make their
own hotel reservations by themselves (See Sleeping
Accommodations below) in addition to registration
for the workshop itself through the registration
form. Please do not forget to do both things. The
registration form will collect your requests on
lunch and banquet as well as contribution
talks/posters to the workshop.

Transportation:
A rental car is recommended as the airport is 16 miles from hotel
and the hotel does not have a shuttle. Taxis and private shuttles
are also available.The typical taxi rate is ~$50 one way. There
is one shuttle service called Speedi Shuttle, ph: 808-329-5433
Their rate per person varies depending on the amount of people
in the shuttle.
