Registration Information:
The Gemini/Subaru Dark Energy Workshop will take place on the
big island of Hawaii in Waikoloa. There will be no registration
fee for Workshop participants. Participants should notify Joe
Jensen jjensen@gemini.edu when they have their itinerary set
so we can finalize arrangements with the hotel. Please also
notify Joe if you change or cancel your travel plans.

A block of rooms has been held for this combined meeting. Participants
will need to call the hotel directly to reserve a room. The toll
free reservation number is 1-800-922-5533 and the fax number is
1-808-886-3601. Normal reservation requirements will apply. Participants
will need to reference the group name, Dark Energy Workshop, in
order to receive the group rate. Reservations must be received
on or before October 7, 2005 to qualify for the group rate. Reservations
made after October 7, 2005 will be based on availability and subject
to the rack rate.

Welcome Reception: November 6, 5 - 7 pm
Continental breakfast and lunch: November 7, 8 and 9
Workshop Banquet: November 8, 7 - 9 pm

A rental car is recommended as the airport is 16 miles from hotel
and the hotel does not have a shuttle Taxis and private shuttles
are also available
