1. Invitation Letters

We have mailed or FedExed our invitation letter individually to the address you registered. If you have not received one and if you need one, please let me know. We will resend one for you. We haven't send the letters to participants from Japan and Hawaii. If you need one, please contact us at seas@subaru.nao.ac.jp.

2. Registration Form

You can edit your registration information anytime online. Please update your information like flights or activities. You should have received a confirmation e-mail that includes the username and password so that you can return to the registration form. If you haven't received one, please contact us at seas@subaru.nao.ac.jp.

3. Presentation

We are also excited to see that many of you plan to give an oral presentation. At the same time, we are recognizing that the seminar time is limited. We wish we have the exciting seminar longer but it is impossible. This keeps us from opening the program. Due to this unconditional time limitation, we may ask some of you to make your presentation in poster. If you wish to volunteer to give your presentation in poster, please go to our registration web page and change your presentation option.

Please prepare 35-minute talk for lectures - 10 minutes are for discussion. And prepare 15-minute talk for short talks - 5 minutes are for discussion. We will prepare a Windows PC with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader, Windows Media Player and Real Player. The PC comes with a USB port. Authors are encouraged to bring your presentation in a USB flash memory. You can use your own PC for presentation but we do not recommend it because it may take time.

You can place your poster on the panel from the afternoon of Sunday, March 12. Size for each poster panel is 4ft by 8 ft (120cm W x 240cm H). Please make sure to remove all the poster by 3 p.m., Friday, March 17. All the posters left on the board after 3 p.m., Friday are discarded and not returned to the author.

4. Activities

We noticed that some of you do not select the total number of persons to join the activities like tours and banquet. If you join the activities by yourself, please select 1 on your registration page. If you have accompanied person(s), enter the appropriate numbers. Please note that all the activities are free of charge to you. Just join us and enjoy!
